    • Molly blasts her way to a 1:46 half marathon for a PR AND first place in age group at St. Joe Pony Express. This run was, unfortuantely, NIFP (not in full paint) so worth only half. Sorry, Molls.
    • Kim has a PW (personal worst) yet still places lst in age group in the 5K She has given up all hopes of being an elite triathlete.
    • MF completes a GRUELING 62 miles at the Buffalo Bill Ride. High winds and LOTS of hills made this a tortuous e-event. What's more, she was all alone.
    • Fran completes the 24 mile loop, also all alone. Kim spent two hours trying to find the damn thing and arrived just as Fran was coming in. Needless to say Kim did not ride. A hearty meal was had by all at the Brewery thereafter.
    • Ann aka RunGoddess runs 7:15's for 4 miles in the Maddog Noonday Invitational Run. This just 8 weeks after the birth of Thomas. Face it, gals, she's a she-woman.
